As our dedicated Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee and maintain a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. This full-time position will see you managing all aspects of the leasing, maintenance, and administration of these properties, ensuring they operate efficiently and profitably. The opportunity to work closely with the sales team is also available for the right individual.Key ResponsibilitiesDay to day management of the portfolio including liaison with tenants and landlords.Managing and nurturing sustainable relationships with owners and tenants.Liaising with key stakeholders and business Directors.Manage Lease renewals, rent reviews and lease administration.Schedule routine inspections and manage inspection plan/condition reports.Financial management including budgets, monitoring arrears and monthly reporting.Manage breach notices, and Tribunal attendance.Manage the customer relationship database and associated systems.Detailed monthly reporting on portfolio activities.Ingoing and outgoing tenancy inspection.Coordinating maintenance and repairs and renegotiating contractor agreements.Project coordination including fitouts, makegoods, and capital expenditure.Drafting and preparing correspondence and documentation.Prepare budgets and forecasts.Ensure compliance, codes and standards are adhered to.Identify opportunities to maximise income.Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.A position with our company is not just another job, but an opportunity to work with a progressive and holistic Real Estate group that manages and sells property across North East Victoria and Southern NSW.Keys to SuccessOrganisation, communication, flexibility and responsiveness are the four key skills required to succeed in this role.This position will involve daily challenges that require you to be able to quickly and efficiently deliver solutions whilst keeping all stakeholders informed of your progress.Impeccable time management is essential as you are required to travel between sites.An excellent eye for detail and a dedication to accuracy.Approachable, consistent and fair-minded, willing to provide feedback to improve current systems where the opportunity arises.Current Australian Drivers Licence.Relevant Real Estate licenses (Vic & NSW) and experience in Commercial Property Leasing and Management.Benefits and PerksThe package of Salary, Superannuation and company provided tools of the trade, combined with uncapped bonuses, will be tailored for the successful candidate and will be focused on recognizing experience while also offering an opportunity for growth.Please send us an e-mail detailing why you should be part of our team, along with your current resume to ****** enquiries will be treated with strict confidentiality.
