E-Property is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to manage a Commercial Property portfolio.
You will be responsible for managing 92 commercial properties, handling maintenance, trust accounting, invoices, and everyday tasks.
Experience with these tasks is highly desirable.
The possession of a current Real Estate licence is highly desirable but not essential.
E-Property will sponsor the successful candidate to obtain their Real Estate licence if one is not held.
On-the-job training will be provided by the Commercial Property Management team to undertake daily tasks.
