Duties will include;
Negotiation of leasesOversight of lease documentation and disclosure statementsRent reviews, abatements, and collecting arrearsMaintain up-to-date tenancy schedules and market rent reviewsPeriodic inspectionsManagement of maintenance and reporting for each sitePrepare annual budgets & other associated reporting The Criteria 2+ years of experience in commercial property managementIdeally, tertiary qualified in Property or BusinessStrong financial capabilities and an eye for detailStrong written and verbal communicationImmaculately presentedCertificate of RegistrationCurrent driver's license
