The Role
Key duties will include: Liaising with clients, contractors and tenants in a face to face environmentMaintaining an up-to-date tenancy schedule across the portfolioLease negotiationPreparation of lease documentation and disclosure statementsNotification and implementation of lease renewalsContinual maintenance management including obtaining quotes and arranging maintenance contractsEnsuring all rent reviews are implemented in required time framesArrears managementBudgets & outgoings reporting The Company

Skills & Experience The successful applicant must have experience in the commercial property management sectorTertiary qualifications in property or relevant real estate certificationStrong IT skills including Microsoft Office experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills are essentialGreat organisational skills and be systems oriented with high attention to detail and accuracyConfidence and ability to liaise with all levels of professionalsExcellent knowledge and understanding of commercial documents, agreements and legal requirementsReliable car and drivers licenceWhat's on offer
