A highly sought after opportunity has presented to work alongside an experienced Asset Manager across a variety of assets classes including retail, hotel, residential, supported living, commercial office, medical, childcare and taverns. You will be joining a team of experienced property professionals and given exceptional mentorship and training. Duties will include:Management and execution of property management services with an emphasis on creating positive tenant relationships.Assist with arrears, accruals, invoicing and reporting.Monthly asset reports, reporting and tenancy schedules.Carrying out inspections.Assistance and collaboration with the facilities team.The successful candidate will have: Current Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate or License.At least 1-2 years experience in Commercial Property Management. Exceptional communication skills with a strong tenant focus and the ability to resolve conflict where necessary.A proactive and professional approach with a passion for quality and a desire to achieve exceptional results.Strong time management and organisational skills.Understanding of legislation with the ability to manage your days effectively.
