Client Summary:
Our client is a highly successful Office Leasing team in growth mode and has a vacancy for a Commercial Property Manager due to a portfolio of clients requesting property management services.
They prioritize a supportive work environment with generous benefits and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Reporting & working alongside a seasoned Managing Director and Executives, you will assume a key role in delivering solutions for their highly valued clients.

Salary: $80k-$130k + Superannuation + Car Parking
Location: Brisbane

The Role:
This role is a challenging and rewarding opportunity whereby you will be responsible for all facets of Property Management including:

Maintain relationships with tenants and landlords, providing resolution to enquiriesUndertaking Property InspectionsOrganising contractors to attend to a range of work orders on behalf of your clientEnsure effective management of rental arrears and resolutionManage and negotiate lease reviews and renewalsPrepare financial reports, including budgets and annual reconciliationsAccurately record and manage landlord and tenant property related documentsPrepare new management submissionsQualifications: 2+ years in commercial property management experienceStrong client-oriented approach with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesExcellent negotiation skills and thorough understanding of industry legislation/current market trendsExcellent presentation and communication skills.Proactive team player with a high level of enthusiasm.If you are ready to take the next step in your career and make a significant impact in the development industry, we want to hear from you!
