The role of the Commercial Property Manager is to provide comprehensive property management services for the Bank's commercial property portfolio.

This role requires a high level of property management capability across an allocated geographic based portfolio of commercial properties.

This is a 12-month secondment role concluding August 2025.

The Group Corporate Services Leasing Team provides Leasing and Property Management services that support the Banks strategic direction.

The Leasing Team is responsible for delivering and executing the lease negotiation strategy for all leases across the Bank's property portfolio. The Property Management team provides property management services across the entire portfolio to ensure lease terms are met.

The portfolio is made up of leased and freehold properties including commercial, retail, ATM, residential and car park sites.

On any given day you will Monitor and control portfolio management performance against plan, budget, service level agreements, key performance indicators and project specifications.Develop effective communication and client relationship structures that lead to improved client relationships and information flow including external relationships with property owners and managing agents.Develop innovative practices and audit procedures to reduce total occupancy costs and helps minimise the cost of contract overheads without compromising the Bank's property needs.Monitor market rent review dates, issue notices, prepare market evidence in a timely and professional manner.Ensure payment of rent, outgoings, and other occupancy costs are strictly in accordance with the lease document.Source and manage car parking allocations and review such lease agreements.Manage sub-leases in a manner appropriate to any investment portfolio having special regard for the brand issues of the Bank as sub-lessor.To assist and co-operate with our Facility Management Team where repairs and maintenance issues need escalation.Manage make goods as per lease agreement obligations.Provide lease advice to all stakeholders as required. Your experience looks like Minimum 3 years experience within commercial property management.Property Economics Degree preferred.Track record of managing strict SLAs to deliver superior outcomes.Proven experience managing high volume outcomes.Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills, with the ability to consistently deliver innovative and sound property solutions.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional time management and organizational skills.Ability to work with minimal supervision.
