Responsibilities
Advise, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and leases related to property transactions.
Provide expert legal counsel and guidance on property-related issues and regulatory matters.
Conduct due diligence, assess potential risks, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with different business units to explain and advise on legal matters including but not limited to commercial leasing, acquisitions, and disposals.
Requirements
5+ PQE with in-house experience preferred.
Proven experience advising on various real estate matters inclusive of property transactional matters, commercial leasing, development projects, structuring/restructuring, and due diligence.
In-depth knowledge of Australian property laws and regulations.
Experience working with large scale retail/property companies is preferential.
Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia.
