They are committed to fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment where team members can thrive.We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Property Lawyer to join the growing Gold Coast team.Responsibilities:Provide legal advice and assistance to clients in all aspects of commercial law (including retail and commercial leasing, business purchase and sales, franchising, buy/sell agreements, shareholder & partnership agreements, loan agreements, licence agreements, business structuring and more).Assist in handling property matters (mainly QLD & NSW), including residential and commercial conveyancing, off the plan matters, and inter-family transfers (from time to time).Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and draft correspondence.Attend client meetings, take instructions, and provide legal advice.Liaise with clients to keep them informed of the progress of their case.Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.Skills and experience:Admission as a lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Law.A client focused approach with the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and referrers.Excellent drafting skills with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work and service.Ability to manage multiple files, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.Ability to work between all our offices.Willingness to build relationships with referrers and your personal profile.Experience in LEAP software is beneficial, but not a requirement.What's on offer:Highly reputable law firm with an experienced team of lawyers and staff.Excellent training program and career development focus.Leading legal practice management systems and software.Healthy work environment and work-life balance.Great corporate culture with professional/personal development and training.Competitive salary and benefits package.Strong potential for career growth within a growing firm with an expanding Queensland footprint.A positive and professional work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.Join a growing firm with offices is Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and the Gold Coast, with around 70 staff.Opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and build a rewarding career.If you are passionate about property law and ready to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply!
