The firm This boutique 20-person CBD firm is seeking an 'all-rounder', with strong technical legal skills in commercial and property law and a vivacious personality who thrives on working closely with clients and colleagues alike. A commercially savvy lawyer, you will ideally be someone who has honed your skills in a busy suburban or boutique firm and is ready to take that step up and develop your profile in the industry.
Your experience You will need to be experienced in residential and commercial sale and purchase, subdivisions, trust advice, retail and commercial leasing, commercial contracts, including building and construction contracts, share and sale agreements, sale of business, and loan and licensing agreements.
