Our Client
A dynamic and thriving Commercial Property Management company dedicated to achieving excellence in the retail sector. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join the team as a Team Coordinator or Administrator.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to be the backbone of this motivated, busy team of professionals. Utilising your customer service, relationship management and administration skills on a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
Checking and issuing monthly tenant statements promptly.Assisting in collecting tenancy rental charges and issue recovery letters.Process rental reviews, ensuring accurate adjustments.Maintain and update systems and procedures.Provide weekly arrears updates to the Asset Manager and Managing Director.Enter monthly sales figures and enter data into the system.Maintain lists of tenants and contractors, ensuring up-to-date contact information.Complete Incident Report Forms, and follow safety protocols.Manage the Tenant Bank Guarantee Register and Critical Dates Diary.Process Casual Leasing inquiries and send out required forms and invoices.Maintain various registers, including CPR, first aid certificates and Key Register.Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in a similar role in Residential or Commercial Property Management.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Knowledge of financial and administrative processes.Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.If you'd like to know more information about the role and company, then please contact Milli Hargreaves on 0439 778 823.
