You will even enjoy a Friday BBQ on their balcony with a down-to-earth team who genuinely enjoy coming to the office.They are looking for an experienced administrator to join their close-knit team as a Property Accounts Administrator.
This role would suit someone with experience in a fast-paced role with an emphasis on accounts.Key Responsibilities Would Include:

Supporting the financial reporting on the portfolio Invoicing and accounts Trust accounting Coordinating maintenance Liaison between landlords and tenants Leasing administration Compliance administration General administration support

The successful candidate will have: Previous experience within real estate or property desirable Be financially astute with excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Enjoy problem solving Be highly organised and admin savvy Maintain a high level of presentation Cirrus8 experience highly advantageous
