As our next Commercial & Procurement Manager, you will report to the Executive General Manager – Environmental Services and will work closely with our leadership group to manage the commercial, procurement, contractual and financial framework across our Environmental Services business.
This role is responsible for:
Leadership and mentoring – Mentor, support and train our commercial advisors and project administration.Commercial management – Oversee delivery of our commercial requirements and frameworks throughout project lifecycles. Support the teams with advice on commercial matters.Procurement – Oversee procurement processes and reporting for all activities within the business.Systems & Processes – Oversee risk management and application of systems and processes for the business.This role offers an attractive and competitive salary package and opportunities to apply and develop your skills across dynamic and challenging projects.
About You As the successful applicant you will have:
Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with others.Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.Senior experience in commercial management, including different commercial models used in the construction industry.Experience in financial reporting, with Pronto or similar experience beneficial.Degree in Commerce, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.Strong leadership skills with an ability to lead change and develop/mentor staff.About McMahon Services You'll be working with one of Australia's largest privately-owned construction, industrial and environmental services organisations.
