About the Role As a Commercial Performance Manager in our Consumer Cards team, you'll play a key role in helping the optimization of ANZ's consumer credit card acquisition performance. The role will play a critical role in the success of Card acquisitions to drive strategic results and outcomes for the business. The role will collaborate across consumer cards team and value stream partners to achieve acquisition targets, acquisition metrics (mix, CPUs, CPAAs, etc.) to drive acquisition efficiency. The role will conduct PIRs and analysis on acquisition campaigns to inform the acquisition planning process, offer design, channel and product mix, etc. to deliver on CCPL and EDB strategy. The role will optimise acquisition performance collaborating with marketers, product managers, acquisition managers and key partners to deliver impactful, measurable, sustainable outcomes. This role will also support key acquisition optimisation projects.

What will your day look like? Forecast and monitor credit card acquisition performance.
Track and evaluate campaign results, identify business opportunities, and make recommendations for future campaigns.
Conduct strategic analyses of segments, products, and pricing to understand customer experience, and improve business strategy and acquisitions efficiency.
Support development of hypotheses for marketing/targeting tests, drive analyses of results and communicate insights.
Collect, analyse and interpret complex channel, consumer and transactional datasets from various sources to derive insights to shape marketing decisions and product offer development.
Develop reports and visualizations to communicate strategic opportunities and trade-off options to stakeholders in evaluating channel efficiency and program effectiveness.
Be the expert in consumer cards funnel and decisioning data.
Establish measurement framework for product, offer and channel A/B testing.
Examine consumer behaviour and leverage insights to come up with recommendations for growth.
Work with internal and external partners to plan campaigns' details and prepare data for execution.
Develop trusted internal and external partnerships, especially with Marketing, Product, Analytics, channel partners and key third-party partners to effectively utilise their input to inform analytics roadmap.
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
Support the delivery of key acquisition optimisation projects.
What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proficiency in data analysis tool and techniques and working with complex datasets.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and reports to support decision making processes related to acquisition.
Analytical & problem-solving skills to understand the root cause of performance.
Commercial acumen.
Experience in Acquisition or Credit Origination Processes.
Understanding of cost and revenue drivers and credit card levers.
Demonstrated experience working closely with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
Effective communicator, effectively resolving issues and removing barriers to success.
Ability to create, provide critical review and challenge to business cases and product proposals.
Strong relationship building skills and be able to work in cross functional teams to embed quality outcomes.
