You are degree-qualified, with outstanding quantitative skills and structured thinking abilities. You are highly comfortable with business and financial concepts, with a strong understanding of profitability and growth drivers.Presentation skills, with the ability to confidently structure and communicate complex information across the business, are essential for this role. You can confidently translate numbers into understandable insights for stakeholders at various levels.You are likely known as a self-starter who can effectively manage competing stakeholders, time, and priorities.You are analytical, have a strong attention to detail, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Your approach to work is both innovative and collaborative.Technical SkillsThe following technical skills are also required:Proven track record in analytics, with proficiency in analytical tools such as SAS/SQL/Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau/PowerPoint.Demonstrated expertise in using large and complex data sets.Big-picture thinking, with the ability to understand the market context and its impact on performance.Analytics experience in large (ASX-listed) organizations with demonstrated ability to translate insights into recommendations.A career with usAt Medibank, we believe work is something we do, not somewhere we go.
