Commercial Paralegal/Contracts Administrator Skip to content We are currently seeking expressions of interest from multiple experienced Commercial Law Paralegals or Contract Administrators for upcoming contract roles. The Role As a Specialist working with a notable employer, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include: Review, draft, and negotiate contract terms with vendors, clients, and subcontractors.
Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and termination.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, identifying potential risks.
Maintain accurate contract records and documentation, including archiving.
Liaise with internal departments (legal, finance, procurement) to ensure alignment on contractual obligations.
Track key contract milestones such as renewal dates, deadlines, and deliverables.
Assist in the development of contract templates and negotiation guidelines.
Qualifications : Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or administration.
Familiarity with legal requirements and terms in commercial contracts.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
Qualified Lawyers may be considered for this role, however, it is not a pre-requisite whereas current or prior experience in a contracts administration or contracts managerial capacity is. Benefits : Exposure to working with a notable employer.
Temporary contracts for periods of 1 to 6 months.
$58 to $70 per hour plus superannuation.
