The Opportunity: As an experienced Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing inspired leadership for the organisation and maintaining good quality standards for the products, productivity, and efficiency of the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations professional to oversee the management of labour, policy decisions, and quality and safety control of one of our many divisions.
Your self-motivation, solution-focused, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills will help you to manage and develop contemporary operational strategies and initiatives.

Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills, capable of dealing with all levels, across a matrix style organisation. Experience with statistical analysis and data processing Practical knowledge of budgeting, cash-flow regulation, maintaining balance sheets and monitoring the profit and loss statements Ability to create a good plan and determination to accomplish goals. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Good data analysis, planning and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good leadership qualities with the ability to provide direction. Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills High level customer focused approach delivering exceptional outcomes Ability to always maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and diplomacy. Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded. Personal traits will include demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor and motivate others and create a high performing and customer focused culture.
