About the role:
Sitting in our Commercial Operations team, the Commercial Operations Analyst is responsible for pioneering business solutions that drive efficiencies across our Customer, Commercial, Marketing, Innovation, Project & Operations teams. This role must contribute to the deployment of new processes, systems enhancements, workflows, insights, and business cases that will tangibly drive return on investment for the business, optimise resource allocation, and increase speed to market and overall profitability.
Role & Responsibilities:
Spearhead the CRM pipeline of requirements, enhancements & transformation changes that will step change our sales force effectiveness and automate admin processes undertaken by the sales team.
Develop solutions and workflows within the CRM pipeline that will improve the organisation's operating model and cross-functional efficiency.
Operationalise implementation of change requests within the CRM by leading communication and change management with stakeholders of all seniorities.
Proactively engage and partner with stakeholder groups that act as customers of the Commercial Operations team and beneficiaries of the CRM enhancement pipeline.
Explore options to modernise the stack and technology plugins that may complement and streamline our environment and set of hardware utilised by the sales team.
Skills & Experience:
1 year managing modern CRM systems
1 year in structured databases management
1 year in SQL programming
Tertiary level education within Business, Science, or other related area
Advanced CRM literacy
Understanding of digital marketing modules and best practices
P&L literacy and commercial finance acumen
Exceptional statistics and mathematical ability to thrive on complex and extensive KPI combined usage
Power BI ecosystem
Advanced Excel proficiency
