A multi-national Geotechnical and Foundations Contractor servicing Victoria's most significant Infrastructure and Commercial developments with an impressive run of projects across High-rise Commercial, LXRP, North East link, Suburban Rail Loop, this business is seeking a Commercial leader to boost their already high-performing team.
This is a newly identified position in the business to boost profitability and client relationships with Tier 1 Contractors and government bodies through contract negotiation and execution.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the following duties:
Apply all Head contracts and Subcontractor agreements during tender stagesPrepare departure schedules for head contractsChair contract review meetingsHigh value placed on negotiating contract disputes, commercial issues, and client relationship managementEnsure conformance of contract delivery requirementsManage commercial administration of EOT's, Variations and ClaimsDevelop and mentor the wider commercial teamThe position will suit someone with the following capabilities:
