RFA now has the foundations to support internal customers, remove inefficiencies, improve visibility of progress and support alignment at all levels of the Company.Commercial Services has a good view of further improvements available and the priorities necessary to continue to drive the business towards consistently achieving those improvements.The relentless follow up of various stakeholders is being actioned on a timely basis to move priority projects forward, new systems have been socialised and staff are being trained on their use.Reporting has become more efficient and operational progress is being consistently communicated in a visual manner, which can be tailored to each specific user needs with one source of truth.OPPORTUNITY FOR AN ASPIRATIONAL COMMERCE ORIENTATED PERSONWe are seeking applications from self-motivated, reliable commerce orientated people, who have a customer service mindset to support our Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary to continually build and develop an effective Commercial Services function.The role will refine and implement efficient systems to generate financial and business-related reporting, support our operational teams, provide Company-wide procurement services and manage the execution of payroll, AR, AP and HR administration.The core work of the role will be to:Consistently refine, manage and ensure coverage of an effective and efficient AP, AR, Inventory Mgmt.
and Payroll Process.Coordinate, prepare and execute a reliable, timely and efficient financial reporting process.Maximise and coordinate the completion of the bi-annual R&D tax incentive application.Coordinate and meet all recurring taxation and compliance obligations.Develop, implement and continually improve systems, processes and reporting outputs to support operations and orientate Management to key priorities.Coordinate and support Operations with effective procurement processes and labour productivity information to support improving time and cost.Coordinate and support Sales Agents with inventory reporting, harvest forecasting and sales administration support.Provide commentary and partner the operational team in the recurring review of financial results;Identify opportunities to improve forecasting, purchasing and inventory management.Maintain the company's Human Resource systems and employee records;Provide day to day commercial support to our Corporate and Operational teams.This is a full-time role and available immediately, with the opportunity to work remotely, or within our Augusta based office location.
