The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen within our fast-paced finance team for a Commercial Manager. You will be a key member of the Commercial Finance Team, focused on business partnering with key Sales and Marketing stakeholders across The Arnott's Group to drive insights that improve business performance and go-to-market strategies. In this role, you will be the primary finance lead for customers with the opportunity to drive performance through commercial insights while shaping the forecasting cycle through IBP.
The Accountabilities Business partnering with key stakeholders to influence business performance Commercial analysis that provides insights translating to market decisions Deliver the core financial outcomes whilst optimising revenue and trade spend outcomes Proactive management and identifying opportunities to minimise risk Financial lead for the IBP cycle and supporting customer teams Review and implement opportunities to improve how we work through improvements to our core systems, processes and reporting The Ingredients for Success Just like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:
FMCG experience is essential Strong Sales, Marketing, and Finance experience is a must This role is about data analysis – you must have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret the data and drive the correct decision-making The ideal candidate will be CA or CPA qualified, ambitious, and career-driven We prioritize experience: relevant experience (in an FMCG environment) and strong analytical capabilities, are more important than a specific degree
