This role also entails leading a team of professionals to deliver tailored services that meet site requirements efficiently and cost-effectively. Emphasis is placed on fostering a deep understanding of the business context within the team and cultivating their capabilities to deliver top-tier services consistently.
In addition, the role involves building, nurturing, and guiding a proficient team to deliver best practices and commercially savvy services across various commercial and operational functions. This includes providing support to operational managers in optimising both operational and capital expenditures through the provision and utilisation of business information and reporting, financial accounting systems, procurement and inventory management.
