Commercial Manager £45k-£55k per annum Monday - Friday / Office Hours Deeside Our client, based in Deeside, is looking to recruit a Commercial Manager on a permanent basis to join their friendly team.
Performance Objectives Deliver on target performance sourcing of suitable waste materials.
Work closely with the team to drive a growth strategy aligned with business goals.
Develop local strategies to plan growth through volume acquisition.
Complete bid and tender processes.
Deliver a strategy campaign to maximise revenue and productivity.
Secure new business for recycling operations.
Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and ensure that volume targets are maintained.
Ensure that health and safety is considered at all times.
Be the point of escalation for portfolio accounts where appropriate.
Produce regular activity and pipeline reporting to give commercial and operational stakeholders visibility of current activity and forecast new activity.
Liaise regularly with other commercial functions to share pipelines and best practices.
Drive new business and manage the customer portfolio.
Enhance the customer experience.

Ability to drive the organisation's performance towards a more profitable position, securing new business, and attracting additional waste volumes into the network.
