About the role
As the Commercial Manager, you will spearhead the Front of Wall (FOW) project, taking the lead on launching new products into the market.
Your remit will include developing and mentoring the team, working with key stakeholders, and implementing best practices and KPIs to ensure the project's success.
You'll manage supplier contracts, engage with architects, and leverage your industry expertise to identify opportunities and value-add solutions.
Key Responsibilities Lead the FOW project, facilitating product launches and market entry.Mentor and upskill existing team members.Collaborate closely with key stake holders.Develop contracts with suppliers and conduct market analysis on mid-to-high-end competitor products.Engage with architects to design and brief products that align with client needs.Build new opportunities and drive product demand nationally.Ensure the implementation of best practices and track KPIs for project success.
