The role responsibility includes all customer, partner, and subcontractor contracts and relationships within a project, for the entire project lifecycle.
The role requires a dynamic individual who understands the commercial and legal correlation between the company, the client and the project(s).

As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for drafting and collaborating with senior leaders by ensuring fair and equitable treatment under law and understanding contract problem resolution paths, including formal dispute avoidance and or resolution.The Role:Develop Negotiation StrategiesConduct assessment on all change proposals/requests and adviseManage overall Commercial and risk for each assigned projectPrepare, approve and execute contract change orders, and contract amendments.Plan negotiation strategies, with legal acumen for optimum resultsGuide and train managers on best contract management practicesExperience Required:A track record in contract negotiationA traceable history in contract management and risk/opportunity identificationYou will have ASDEFCON and or construction law experienceGood customer relations and communications skills.Must have experience in Complex and or Critical SystemsA track record as a Commercial Manager is a mustLegal experience and or qualifications are essentialApplicants MUST hold an AGSVA issued security clearance to applyAPPLY NOW - This is an urgent role and we are interviewing immediately.All applications should include your resume as a word document.
