Role Overview:As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the overall commercial performance of projects. You will work closely with the project teams to ensure financial targets are met, risks are managed, and all contractual obligations are fulfilled. Your expertise will drive the strategic direction and ensure that projects are delivered profitably.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the commercial management of multiple projects, ensuring financial targets are achieved.Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports for projects.Negotiate contracts and variations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Monitor project performance against contractual terms and financial objectives.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.Provide regular reports and updates to the project teams and senior management.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.Mentor and support junior commercial team members.What we're looking for:Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum 5 years of commercial management experience in the construction industry.Proven experience managing large-scale projects valued over $20 million.Strong understanding of contract law and commercial negotiation.Excellent analytical and financial management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, cost management software).Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.How To Apply:Please send your resume and cover letter to ******.
