As our next Commercial Manager, you will report to the Executive General Manager – Building & Construction and will work closely with our leadership team to manage the commercial, procurement, contractual and financial framework across our building and construction business. This role is responsible for:
Leadership and mentoring – Mentor, support and train our commercial administration and financial teams. Commercial management – Oversee delivery of our commercial requirements and frameworks throughout project lifecycles. Support the teams with advice on commercial matters. Financial reporting – Oversee financial reporting for all activities within the group. About You As the successful applicant you will have:
Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with others. Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. Senior experience in commercial management, including different commercial models used in the construction industry. Experience in financial reporting, with Pronto or similar experience beneficial. Degree in Commerce, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline. Strong leadership skills with an ability to lead change and develop/mentor staff.
