About the job Worley is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Commercial Managers who have worked on large scale public infrastructure projects (1.5 billion +). You will partner closely with our client to procure a preferred EPC Contractor who will ultimately deliver on the project scope.The role will form part of an Integrated Owner's Team to select a preferred EPC Contractor and support them to successfully achieve the project objectives.
This role can be based in either Brisbane, Melbourne or Hobart. What you'll do As Commercial Manager with Worley you will:
Oversee the procurement process for the selection of the EPC Contractor, including dual / competitive ECI process. Report on project cost and risk. Manage the project forecast. Be responsible for Head EPC Contract Administration. Provide leadership in the resolution of contractual issues. Manage internal and external legal resources. Act as the key point of contact on commercial and contract compliance matters. The Commercial group comprising, risk, procurement and project controls teams. What you'll bring Senior level experience with Commercial Management roles on major infrastructure projects. Have a proactive approach to managing risk. Experienced in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contract matters. Be self-motivated, self-starter and have a solution driven approach.
