The role will report directly to the Precinct General Manager, routinely liaise with the ownership group, and work alongside a multi-disciplined onsite team comprising FM, Finance, Marketing and Project Management subject matter experts. With strong financial acumen, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a collaborative approach, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for financial forecasting, annual budgeting, routine reporting and driving positive leasing outcomes.
