JOB DESCRIPTION Title: Commercial Manager - Contracts/Procurement/Project Support The Company  Kellogg Brown and Root Pty Ltd (KBR) is a leading Government and Defence service provider.
KBR in Australia has been involved in working with Defence for the last 20 years, and has developed a core competency in systems engineering, systems and enterprise architecture, project management, training solutions and integrated logistic support and provides this expertise to support a wide range Defence projects and clients.
The Role Role to provide commercial, procurement and general support to IASPO sustainment activities.
Successful applicant will be required to manage procurements from using Defence procurement processes from the acquisition of materiel through to its inventory management in MILIS and CARDS.
Experience and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess: Have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role.
•    Possess a relevant recognised tertiary qualification in Business, Legal, Finance or similar, or demonstrate relevant professional experience.
•    Experience in Defence and Commonwealth Government finance and contracting policy and practices.
•    Experience in Defence procurement.
•    Experience with MILIS and CARDS highly desirable.
•    Experience in financial planning, pricing, planning, billing procedures and contract administration.
•    Experience with SAP is desirable.
•    Experience with implementation of and compliance with export controls and the US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) is desirable.
•    Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain spreadsheet models.
•    Experienced user of MS Office products.
•    Currently holding a Defence NV1 security clearance is essential for this role.
