We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and experienced Commercial/Maintenance Electricians, to be based in Gladstone.
Benefits:Access to Programmed's Employee Assistance Program - Career, Legal, Family, Money, Nutrition & Lifestyle support & counsellingFantastic safety cultureOpportunity for growth and developmentExcellent Remuneration and Lifestyle RosterTo be considered for the role you must have the following experience and requirements:Customer service & communication skillsExperience in working independent to complete general maintenance in Commercial areas (Shops, Machine Shops, Hospitals, Councils, Coal Terminals, etc)Fault finding experience is idealAssist other crew time to time with Government Housing maintenance (Light repairs, power points repairs, trip circuits, Stove repairs)Experience and drive to carryout small quote works such as: Lighting upgrades, Power circuit installs, After hours Board shutdown worksExperience and drive to carryout Small/ Medium projects works such as: Cable tray runs in a commercial site, Board Upgrades, Shop fit outs, UPS Replacements, Coal Terminal small projectsData experience BeneficialFocus on the fine detail to provide premium service but maintain budget/customer requirements.Able to complete installs with limited drawings or sketchesQLD Electrical License or can use the applicable Australian state licence in QldEWP TicketWorking at HeightsCommunication licence advantage but not required.Experience in installing/fitting off would also be an advantageAbility to pass a National Police CheckAbility to pass a Pre-Employment MedicalParticipating in toolbox meetings and pre-start risk assessmentsFollowing all OHS standards and procedures.Supporting team members by assisting with any other relevant dutiesThe successful applicants will be reliable and can work effectively on their own initiative or as part of a team.
