Commercial law firm seeking experienced commercial litigation lawyer to join their team

Commercial Law Firm looking for an ambitious doer (associate) that wants to progress fast. You will have the freedom and autonomy to run your own files, receive phenomenal mentorship and guidance when necessary. Ideally someone with at least 3-5 years PAE to come in assist clients and take the stress out of chaotic legal situations with open communication and representing clients in a fearless and strategic manner to achieve desired outcomes.

You will play a pivotal role in handling complex litigation matter, providing strategic counsel to clients and contribute the the firms continued success.

Key Responsibilities

The nature of the litigation work is varied, but primarily focussed around shareholder disputes, contractual dispute, and a broad range of commercial litigation matters.In addition to the traditional work, you will also have a reasonably broad 'pre-litigation' practice whereby you will regularly work with other teams within the firmThe clients are predominantly SMEs in the $5 million to $100 million turnover bracket representing a broad range of industries.An emphasis is placed on high technical skills and advise work whilst regularly using counsel for advocacy, strategic reviewing, settling and overflow capacity
