Your New Role
Acting for public and significant private companies across property, mining, technology, media and energy and resources, you will be involved in a range of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
You can expect to act on the following:
Contractual and commercial disputes; Shareholder and franchising disputes; Property and leasing disputes; Regulatory matters, administrative law as well as IT/IP and insolvency and recoveries. Culture & Benefits
