Role

This is one of the most unique litigation team work mixes in Brisbane. Every day will be different in this role where you will navigate a robust portfolio of high-profile disputes, providing advice on the complete spectrum of commercial litigation, encompassing areas such as:
Regulatory Litigation
Defence work for companies, directors, and managers
Coronial inquests
Mining & Resources disputes
OH&S prosecutions
These matters are both with national and international clients and include acting for both publicly listed and private companies.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE
To be successful you will require at least 5 Years Post Admission Experience in Commercial Litigation.
You will be at Senior Associate level or Associate Level ready to step up.
The firm prefers candidates who are experienced specialists, hailing from top or mid-tier legal backgrounds, and are driven to excel in a collaborative team environment.
