Your New RoleWorking across the firms' commercial litigation and R&I practices, you will act for top-tier clients on major complex commercial disputes, regulatory investigations as well as contentious insolvency matters. You can expect to be involved in all aspects of litigation from preparing complex advice, drafting and settling pleadings, complex statements, instructing Counsel in interlocutory and final hearings for contested matters, and play a pivotal part in every aspect of contentious matters including court proceedings. This is a great opportunity if you've been practicing in insolvency and restructuring and would like to incorporate commercial litigation into your practice.
