The role offers significant exposure to complex business disputes and insolvency-related work, alongside excellent opportunities for learning, mentoring, and career development.The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced Principal who has a strong reputation for achieving successful outcomes for clients in insolvency and business disputes. You will be involved in a diverse range of matters, including disputes related to property, contracts, lending, trade practices, shareholder issues, and construction matters. This role will see you representing a wide variety of stakeholders, including liquidators, administrators, trustees, and directors, providing strategic advice and navigating complex insolvency and reconstruction matters.ABOUT YOUYou will have:Up to 5 years PAE with a focus on insolvency and commercial litigationProven ability to work on complex insolvency and reconstruction cases, including representing stakeholders such as liquidators, administrators, and trusteesExperience in dispute resolution involving property, contracts, and shareholder issuesA proactive approach to providing strategic legal adviceExcellent analytical, communication, and client relationship skillsA collaborative mindset and a desire to work within a high-performing team
