Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in High Court.Act in largest restructuring/insolvency matters.Senior Associate or step up to SA.Skills & Experience You will be a commercial litigation lawyer at the 4-8 year level who is at Senior Associate level, or would like to step up to the same.
Your New RoleHighlights include acting for Directors & Officers, individual Plaintiffs in high profile matters, many of the largest restructuring/insolvency matters of recent times, and for insolvency practitioners in relation to litigation preference claims, voluntary administrations, members and creditors voluntary winding-ups.
Appear in the High, Federal, Supreme and District Courts for hearings, and instruct Junior and Senior counsel at directions, interlocutory (ex parte) and final hearings.
