The Role Our client is seeking a Senior Associate with solid litigation experience and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in litigation to join their Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Division.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of clients, industries, and national organisations, allowing you to work directly with market leading partners and talented, collaborative practitioners.
The team represents clients in disputes across a wide range of sectors including property, construction, mining and resources, banking and finance, health, private clients, insolvency, insurance, agriculture and food, technology media and communications, private enterprise, hospitality, sport and entertainment, and retail.
In this role, you will receive quality mentoring to assist your career development and work directly with a Partner.
About You The ideal candidate for this Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Senior Associate role will have:
5+ years' PAE and experience in a well-regarded firm.A pragmatic, proactive and solutions-focused outlook.A desire to work on challenging and fulfilling matters and build relationships with clients.A commercial focus, confidence, strategy and intelligence.The Firm Our client is regularly recognised as a leading corporate law firm in Australia.
