The Principal has a national law firm background and they have attracted clients who need assistance with:Contractual disputesBuilding and construction litigationInsolvencyDebt recoveryEstates litigationEmployment disputesThe firm is seeking a confident Commercial Litigation Lawyer to assist with the growing demand from clients. This role can be mostly completed from home as only a couple of days per month are required in the Sunshine Coast office. There will also be the requirement to attend Court as needed.The successful candidate will have at least four years post admission experience and be confident running a range of matters. The Principal will be a great touchpoint for collaboration on more complex matters.
