Your new role


The firm are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Property Lawyer with experience in conveyancing. They are open to people being admitted early next year. This role provides an excellent opportunity to hone your conveyancing skills whilst gaining exposure to commercial work as you will be given overflow work from the commercial team who are focussed on the finance sector. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

Assist with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions. Conduct property searches and prepare legal documents. Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. Support senior lawyers with commercial property matters. Participate in client meetings and provide legal advice under supervision. Conduct legal research and stay updated on property law developments. Assist on commercial matters when required by their commercial team focussed on the finance sector. What you'll need to succeed A recent law graduate with a strong academic record. Practical experience in conveyancing (internships, clerkships, or previous roles). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
