Our client is a medium-sized full-service commercial firm with a number of offices scattered along the East Coast. With an alternative approach to their client service, from the perspective of both front-end prevention and back-end dispute resolution.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This position would ideally be suited to a vibrant and enthusiastic person who is willing to work hard and reap the benefits. With a highly impressive client base in place, the Commercial Litigation matters you will work on will see you working closely with a renowned Partner, in all court jurisdictions acting for individual clients, family enterprises, start-ups and commercial operations that range from small-to-medium enterprises to large corporations, including not-for-profits.

Your Experience

In order for your application to be considered, it is essential that you hold at least two years of practicing experience in New South Wales as a Litigation/Disputes Lawyer within a private practice law firm. Your friendly disposition, personable nature and strong commercial acumen will assist in your success when joining this progressive legal practice.
