The role

As part of this role, you will be involved in many facets of commercial litigation, including initiating and defending disputes in all courts across areas as diverse as insolvency, building and construction litigation, disputes between directors/shareholders and partners, property and lease disputes, enforcement of business agreements and commercial contract disputes.

This team has historically been instrumental is some of Australia's highest profile and interesting litigation matters.

To be successfully considered for this role you will need a solid academic background and a consistent career in litigation to date. You will also need to be enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills.
