A full-time vacancy currently exists in our Dorevitch Commercial team for a Client Liaison Officer – Pathology based at our head office in Heidelberg.
Reporting to the B2B Manager, you will excel in this fast-paced role by utilising your knowledge of Pathology Laboratory process and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: Daily management of client contracts to ensure KPIs/SLAs are met and exceeded Maintaining internal and external communication channels Identifying growth opportunities, developing new business with existing clients and identifying areas of improvement Coordination of onsite collection activities Administrative duties including the preparation of quotes, invoices, agreements and standard operating procedures If you have the following skill set, we want to hear from you: An understanding of Pathology Laboratory Processes Experience in managing large private sector and Government contracts Expert problem-solving skills with the aptitude to think outside the box Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise and meet deadlines Five-star customer service skills, with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining great relationships Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems, particularly ULTRA (advantageous) Knowledge of the Australian/New Zealand Standard 4308 &4760, procedure for specimen collection and the detection and quantification of drugs in urine & oral fluid (advantageous) Benefits and Wellbeing A marketplace of exclusive discounts and vouchers from leading Australian and online retailers.
