What will your typical day look like?With responsibility for the delivery of legal services to a diverse range of internal stakeholders across Deloitte, there will be no typical day!
You will work autonomously across a wide portfolio of high value deals – including the delivery of management and strategy consulting, financial advisory including M&A, technology products and services, system implementation and integration, website and app development, managed services, and cyber security engagements.
With responsibility for a distinct portfolio within the team, your role will focus on developing and managing client stakeholder relationships as their trusted advisor, leading the review and negotiation of contracts for the Firm's key clients and providing strategic advice to the business.

Enough about us, let's talk about you.
You will be a curious and enthusiastic lawyer and negotiator with minimum 4 years' PQE in commercial, corporate or technology law.
This role is perfect for a self-starter, comfortable working autonomously that is keen to support a business with bold growth plans.
Previous experience managing junior lawyers is desirable.
We are looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience reviewing and drafting a range of legal documents and correspondence relevant to the delivery of professional services, including MSAs, Consulting Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Subcontracts, responding to tenders and providing useful legal advice.
The ability to manage the end-to-end contracting process from initial business advice, through review and drafting, and negotiation.
A strong foundation of core legal concepts relating to commercial and technology law and the ability to apply those concepts in a professional services context.
Strong and demonstrated negotiation and analytical skills, "thinking outside the box", and crafting elegant solutions to complex problems.
Experience working effectively as part of an energetic, collaborative team and taking a keen interest in building a practice of legal services within the Office of the General Counsel.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle a high-volume of matters, across all business units within the firm.
The ability and enthusiasm to work with a growing business at an exciting time where service offerings are being regularly reviewed and developed to meet changing needs and emerging markets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
