About the role We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Agent to join the Elders Commercial Dubbo team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The main focus of the Commercial Real Estate Agent is the sales and leasing of Commercial, Retail and Industrial properties.
Day to day you will be responsible for handling the leasing and/or sales processes, liaising with Vendors, Purchasers, Lessors, Lessees, Solicitors and other parties involved in the leasing or sales process.
Responsibilities Establishing and maintaining familiarity with all office listings and manage listings including regularly liaising with vendors, prospective buyers, solicitors, councils and any other essential parties Completing all necessary documentation associated with listing and selling property, including preparation and execution of agency agreements and advertising material Providing regular written and oral feedback to vendors on market indicators and buyer interest Conducting market appraisals for prospective vendors Achieving individual monthly / quarterly sales targets Ensuring potential customers are provided with reliable and accurate advice regarding property movements and industry trends About you To succeed at Elders, you have:
