Commercial Leasing Officer

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Leasing Officer for an initial 6-month temporary casual contract in Perth CBD.

Title: Commercial Leasing Officer

Rate: $50-65 per hour plus Super (depending on relevant experience and suitability for the role)
Location: Perth CBD
Hours: Full-time – 38 hours per week
Duration: 6-months with possible extension
Type: Temporary casual contract (no leave entitlements – casual loading included in rate)

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include managing commercial leasing activities, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Minimum Requirements:
• Proven experience in commercial leasing
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
