This role will manage the provision of commercial leasing management for our current clients along with approaches to market and associated business development to secure new clients. Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, this role will manage their team, develop sound working relationships with key client staff and manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned properties. Attractive salary on offer for the right candidate and role can be flexibly worked from Canberra or nearby locations including Sydney and surrounding regional areas.Key Responsibilities Will IncludeManage a required portfolio within the client's portfolio to meet and exceed all requirements of the contractManage leasing administrators/ coordinators in your client groupNegotiate New Leases, Lease Renewals, Options and Market Rent Reviews ensuring the best possible outcome is achieved for the clientPrepare business cases for relevant leasing transactionsPrepare approaches to market and associated business development workMaintain accurate records on Leasing related services and activities and provide accurate reports and follow agreed procedures and processesUndertake market sweeps and searches as requiredManage day to day leasing related tasks, assists the broader team and the client regarding leasing related queriesInterpret lease documents and provide guidance to internal and external stakeholdersEnsure that you operate under the responsibilities and limits of authorities as nominated within the Property Management Service Agreement and the PGPA & LAA ActLiaise with solicitors to have Lease documents prepared and executed in terms of approvalsLiaise with clients and their consultants daily to ensure key requirements are metProactively develop and manage the relationship with the client to ensure service delivery expectations are exceededOrganise and attend regular meetings relating to your portfolio and including key event datesPrepare reports in accordance with the contract requirements and any ad hoc requestsUndertake Property Inspections where requiredProvide guidance and support to Property and Lease AdministratorsActively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal successAbout You ...Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities, while possessing a can-do attitude; our ideal candidate will have the following experience:Previous experience within a transaction or leasing related fieldGood understanding of Commonwealth Policies including the PGPA and LAA ActTertiary qualification in a Property, Business or relevant commensurate experienceStrong communicator – Good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated; confident & energeticFlexible – able to adapt to rapidly changing situationsStrongly goal-oriented – able to focus on meeting all performance targetsOpen to new ideas & willing to challenge status quoAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants are welcome and encouraged.If you meet the above criteria and you're interested in contributing to an organisation that values the highest level of quality in everything it sets out to achieve, we want to hear from you!Simply complete the application process by clicking the Apply Now button and we'll be in touch.APPLY NOW!! #J-18808-Ljbffr
