Position Overview: As a Commercial Leasing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the business in assisting with acquiring and completing leasing transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
Support the leasing executive and wider team with all responsibilitiesUpdate marketing materials, including advertising new listingsAssist in negotiating and managing documentation for transactions and lease renewalsManage and maintain relationships with clientsPerform additional ad hoc tasks as neededWhat We Offer: Work Life Balance: Offering a Monday to Friday working week.Modern Office: A workspace designed to inspire creativity and productivity, providing you with the tools you need to thrive in your role.Great Culture: This organization fosters a supportive and collaborative work environment.
