About this opportunity...
A rare  Senior Associate role  is now on offer for a proven  Commercial Lawyer to work on broad range of  complex corporate & commercial matters  often requiring an  innovative mindset  to deliver the solutions to achieve clients' desired outcomes. The clients here include investors/entrepreneurs/financiers, SME's and family-owned businesses, in addition to larger corporates.

Fundamentally this role will involve providing timely, commercially astute and strategic advice and mentoring on  a good mix of commercial advisory related matters eg.:- Business/Asset & share sales and acquisitions
Corporate restructures
Joint ventures/Investment agreements
Complex Unitholder and shareholder agreements
Contractual agreements & terms of trade;
Intellectual Property
Corporate governance
Privacy compliance matters
Contractual agreements;

Our client is looking for a  Senior Associate level Lawyer  who is  commercially astute , articulate and has a  good sense of humour  with  outstanding technical skills ;
