Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice on a range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and developments.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.Conduct thorough property due diligence and advise clients on strategic property investments.Maintain strong client relationships and manage a diverse caseload independently.Collaborate with the team to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.About You: A minimum of 3 years' experience practicing commercial property law.Strong knowledge of Queensland property law and regulations.Proven ability to manage your caseload with minimal supervision.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Client-focused with an eye for detail and commercial awareness.Ability to thrive in a flexible, remote work environment.Why Join?
